I was blown away by my stay at this hotel! The steak they served was cooked to perfection, and every aspect of the meal, from start to finish, was sublime. The reception to room experience was absolutely sumptuous, making me feel like royalty.
I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel is right in the heart of Umhlanga, with stunning ocean views and outstanding amenities. The rooms were stylishly decorated, although the wooden blinds didn't fully block out the early morning light, making it slightly challenging to sleep. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Dining was a delightful culinary journey with a wide array of options to choose from. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
My recent stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The location was fantastic, right on the beachfront with lovely views, but the rooms felt a bit cramped. The service was friendly and helpful, but the dining options were impressive yet a bit overwhelming. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
